For those of you who require player release from Association to Association form click here

            For release form please fill out the following
1. Complete Name of Player
2. Players Complete Address (inc postal code)
3. Players phone number
4. Players date of birth
5. Team association playing for including the district this association competes in
6. Team division and age group
 
After the form is completed please email to district Executive Director
Please be advised starting in Jan 2005 all district releases need to pay $25 prior to release being signed.  Cheques for payment are to go to Big Country Soccer District   @  Box 2043, Hanna, AB.  T0J 1P0 and are to be payable to Big Country Soccer District
